Authorized pharmacists and limited admin staff access data only to triage, assign, and complete review requests. Access is role-based and logged.

We use encrypted transport and protected storage for files and review records. We retain data only as long as required for care coordination, legal obligations, and service operations.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting support. We respond according to applicable data protection laws.
